Colin leads Technology Partnerships at Akash Network and chairs the Community Awards Board for the Akash Developer Grants Program, providing funding to talented developers and teams in the ecosystem. 

Having worked on hardware and software products for over 15 years, Colin has led product management for APIs at Cisco Meraki where he launched an open-source developer program, built an enterprise tech partnership program, and grew the API usage from 4,000 to 4 million calls per day in under a year. 

After successfully launching a developer portal ( and an App store (, Colin started his own company, Dogtime Community to provide therapy dogs on demand for schools, care facilities, and corporate events. Before Cisco, Colin was the Chief Wireless Architect at Accenture and deployed WiFi and location tracking solutions for customers including Caesar's Entertainment, the American Museum of Natural History, the 9/11 Memorial, Marathon Petroleum, and Ross Stores. 

Colin has a Bachelor’s in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. In his free time, Colin enjoys organizing networking events in San Francisco and aggressive roller skating.
